Marking Files as Reviewed

      Issue Summary

      As a reviewer, I want to be able to mark each individual file in a PR as reviewed or not reviewed so that I can distinguish between what I've already seen, and what needs my attention.

       

      Extra use cases: 

      As a reviewer, I want files that are marked as reviewed to be reset to "unreviewed" when a commit changes that particular file, so that I can focus on new incremental changes.
