Increase Cache limit in Pipeline

As part of our testing procedure, we build large Docker containers. We would like to move these to Pipelines, but the cache limit prevents caching. We would like to increase the cache limit and are willing to pay for the storage.

This Feature is to increase the Pipeline cache limit including Docker.
