We need this feature to re-deploy and run again if the target environment stopped some how.

Use case:

We are building docker images and pushing them to our registry with `BITBUCKET_BUILD_NUMBER` as image tag. So we don't need any build artifacts left from pipe line build. And deploying those docker images to our docker server in a separate deployment step again using `BITBUCKET_BUILD_NUMBER` so we need only variables from Deployment, Repo and Account and of course default pipeline variables from bitbucket.
