At the moment, after logging in to https://bitbucket.org/, the user will land in Bitbucket Dashboard which shows PRs and active repos the user has access to.

This is not always desirable and some users would like to be able to set a different landing page.

E.g. a user might not want to view all repos they have access to, but prefer to land on the page that shows only the repos they own.
