Bitbucket is difficult to use in a phone or tablet. We often have to log issues in a meeting or at the desk of a user and we don't always carry around a laptop to do it. Having a PWA version would make it possible to install it on a mobile device and would let us log issues on the fly.

The current UI is not responsive and doesn't realize well for use in a phone.

Having an offline mode would make it possible to log issues and plan projects when we don't have a connection.
