Hey Devs,

I would like to have an option or a plugin to use in Bitbucket to add Upvote/Downvote actions for Bitbucket code reviews.

The idea is to upvote the best code review comments and get them the higher visibility for the review and the reviewer, and downvote if its bad review.

The purpose is to educate junior devs to pick the best comments and avoid bad practices.
