Bitbucket Pipelines does not support IPv6 addresses at the moment, the docker daemon's default configuration which Pipelines is using currently only supports IPv4.

For a docker container to get an IPv6 address it needs to be enabled explicitly in the docker configuration but for Pipelines no such feature is available.

For some users, there might be situations where they are unable to use IPv4 for their builds.
