When creating a pull request with the 2.0 API, and not passing a description, my expectation would be that the description is filled in by the default bullet point list of commits, but this isn't the case.

When using the UI, this is the default.

It would be great to have a flag, such as “use_default_description”, which defaults to false (to maintain BC) when creating a pull request with the v2.0 API. Setting this flag to true would use the default description as if the user were using the UI.
