I tried adding a user (firstname.lastname@example.org) to the repo but unfortunately no emails were received. I’ve triple-checked the email address and it’s all good there, I can send to the user email from my personal gmail and my work email address so it’s good on that front.
According to our IT Technician, there isn’t even any log of an email sending to email@example.com, meaning it didn’t even hit our mail servers. This to him meant it my be a fault on your end, so just checking to see if there’s any log your side of the emails? Or if there’s a known issue..?
