Pressing tab from the title field should take me to the description field

When I finish putting in a title for an issue, I press tab, but instead of taking me to the description field, I have to either tab through every option in the text editing pane, or use my house to click into the description field. Obviously there are some accessibility considerations here, but I find it really annoying to not just be able to tab from title to description.
