Editing issue description copy/pastes the entire description into a new comment.

As it says in the description.

Having the entire description copy/pasted in a new comment every time someone edits it causes an extreme amount of garbage if you don’t manually delete it.

Instead, remove the comment and ideally introduce an edit history
