When clicking the Prior Comments button for a file within a Bitbucket Pull Request it will bring up the window showing the previous comments. Upon clicking Reply and then the Emoji icon the pop up will appear behind the Prior Comments window making all emojis unclickable preventing the addition of emojis to the comment reply.
