Ability to transfer Pipelines variables when transferring the repository to a diff account

After transferring a repository from one workspace to another, the Variables (repository variables and Deployment variables) disappear.
Activating Pipelines in the repository after the transfer recovers the repository variables but, not the Deployment variables.

We expect that, as it happens to the repository variables, that the Deployment variables get transferred with the repository that these were linked to before the transfer process.

Workaround:

Transferring the repository back will cause the repository to retrieve its Deployment variables.
Doing so, it is possible to take note of the not private Deployment variables and, again, transfer the repository and set up the variables with the retrieved information.
