Being able to set default reviewers and branch permission in bulk for team accounts

For teams, it could be a useful feature to be able to set default reviewers and branch permissions for all the repositories in a team account. In case they want to add the same branch permissions and reviewers to all the repositories within the team account, where they have more than 10+ repositories, it is time-consuming as they need to open the repositories one-by-one.
