We need a way to archive old repositories as it is possible with github.com.
Moving them simply into another "archived" project (as proposed in #894) is not a solution as those repositories still will appear in several lists.
As it can be seen in (unfortunately closed) issue BCLOUD-894 there are many people who requested such a feature.
