we have two endpoints for webhooks (to trigger jenkins builds):

We needed to go through ngrok for a while and used this endpoint: https://user:pw@ondewo-ci.ngrok.io/bitbucket-scmsource-hook/notify/. This still works fine.

We don't need the ngrok tunnel anymore and set up this endpoint: https://user:pw@ci.ondewo.com/bitbucket-scmsource-hook/notify/ which constantly gives us so-called NET_ERR errors. Those requests don't even reach our end. We can verify they exist and respond with a simple curl request.

What does NET_ERR mean ?

And why do we receive that error ?

What can we do to fix that ?
