I'm used to using CMD+Enter to confirm dialog buttons, such as Resolving a ticket writing a comment and submitting.

Currently i have to manually click the "Change" button with the mouse to submit a resolved comment (see screenshot).

Ideally after i've finished commenting (CMD+Enter) would submit the comment.
