When definining artifacts that can be shared across steps one can download the artifacts via the UI (https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/using-artifacts-in-steps-935389074.html).

It would be nice to have the ability to prevent this for situtations where build artifacts may contain sensitive information, e.g. production keys that were passed in via secured environment variables.
