I found the default reviewer for PR in a repo has some issues:

1. When an employee left the company, we remove him/her from the bitbucket plan. But the user still stays as a reviewer in the team repositories. And you have to remove him/her as the default reviewer from each repository.
2. You have to add individual default reviewers instead of adding the whole user group.

Expect result:

Once the user has been removed from the plan, he/she should be removed from any repositories as the default reviewer.

The second scenario where this is reproducible

1. Add user to default review.
2. Create a PR thru a commit, the user appears in the list as expected.
3. Remove the user from WS = the user no longer appears in the Default Reviewer under the Repo settings (as expected).
4. Create another PR through a commit, the list appearing contains the current users from Default and the removed user from the Default reviewer list.
