Environment variable for the User who ran Manual steps

      If the pipelines has a manual step. It would be great to save that user ID/name in an environment variable.

      I checked the environment variables here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/environment-variables-794502608.html and could not find an environment variable that has the user id/name.
