At this time, we are unable to do the following as Admins of corp.com to any *@corp.com

1. Unable to modify user settings on bitbucket to set a password (not reset) or remove the two factor authentication requirement. We can do that on JIRA but not bitbucket.
2. Unable to see, manage private repositories that are created by our employees

We need to be able to "Log in as User" and then take full control over their account without needing to know their login info, only their user name. We had one member that lost their two factor authentication for bitbucket including the recover codes, then no one was able to help him... bitbucket support had to delete his entire account.
