As a admin I would like to be able to have a delay time that I can set for the start of a new build.

Frequently I'm reviewing and merging a number of tickets/branches that all need to be merged into development. I then trigger new builds every few minutes. If there was a user definable delay the build would only start if no new merges have been done the last n minutes.

It will be more efficient and will save resources. Not the least it will save money as I'm pushing artefacts to AWS-S3 and invalidate cloudfront etc...
