Document permissions usage in Bitbucket Pipelines

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      We currently use chmod 777 for cloning purposes across different build containers (we are unable to determine the UID that the customer build container will run as, so we don't run 022)

      We should document the reason why we use the permissions that we do in Pipelines
