repository not showing braches and con't able to run build in pipe line

Hi Team,

We have many repositories in bitbuckets. we are facing a big problem in bitbucket. We cannot able to see branches in bitbucket repositories, we are not able to run pipeline builds and deployments. it's showing errors. for error message please find the below attachment.
