Add support for custom .cnf file for mysql service in pipeline

XMLWordPrintable

Currently, the default mysql service used by BitBucket in Pipelines, runs with a particular sql_mode and other configurations that are not the same as our developers or production environments. Being able to configure that (using a .cnf file) would be advantageous.

Whilst it is possible to set some of the options for the session, not all are possible and means that some configuration entries are different.
