In my Pipeline, I have a last step which is a deployment manual step (using Bitbucket Deployments). After all the previous steps being successful, I proceed to click in the "Run" button to execute this deployment step. After clicking on the button, the screen gets darker and the Deployments confirmation modal does not appear, leaving me in a stuck state, since I can't click on anything and leaving no option but refreshing the page.

My last successful deploy was on February 15th, so I'm not sure when – in the meantime – this bug started happening.
