I like to manage permissions on project level (as in bitbucket server). I assume it is pretty obvious why I want to it but just in case:
Usually we assign users to groups. Repositories are grouped by project. Instead of having the efforts to set group permissions on each repository, it saves a lot of money being able to do it on project level.
