A way to navigate through comments in a PR

It would be very convenient to navigate through each comment made on seperate files in a PR.

For example : A PR contains 10 files with changes.

Comments were made on the 3rd, 6th, 7th and 9th file.

Right now the only way to go through each comment is to click the comment icon next to the file name and when you are at that comment, the only way to go to the next comment is to scroll all the way up to the file list and click on the next comment icon and you will have to do this for each NEXT/PREV comment.

A good feature would be to have a NEXT/PREV COMMENT button somewhere which would help a user navigate through comments. Just a scrolling the page to the NEXT/PREV comment would suffice and save a lot of time.
