1. Watch the repository and Pull-request
2. Add a comment in the PR using different account
3. Edit the comment
4. Delete the comment

###Expected Results

• Received email notification in regards to the action

###Actual Results

• Didn't receive any notification related to the PR comment

• Start seeing the issue on 29th Sept
• Users able to receive notification when
  
  • commit is added to PR
    
  • Approve PR
