When I try to clone any repository, the download speed is VERY slow, < 100 KiB/s (yes, kilobyte per second!). When I connect from an abroad instance EC2 from Amazon AWS, the download speed is normal.

I have these problem on every connection from Brazil: from my work network, home or even from my 4G connection.

When I try to download from Github, the download speed it's 100% > 2 MiB/s.
