Add the ability to remove LFS files in bulk

      Improve how we handle in Bitbucket Cloud LFS files removal and add the ability for the user to delete LFS files in bulk instead of one by one in the UI. It's even better if we could have an option to delete the stale LFS files i.e., the files not referred from HEAD of the default main branch.
