Previously reported instances of this issue don't seem to have been addressed: BCLOUD-3922

The problem just popped up on one of our pull requests and it makes large Bitbucket pull requests completely unuseable.

The attached image is an example of what I'm seeing, except its on almost all the files in the PR. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the new Bitbucket UI or not, but it seems to happen after a certain size in the PR. Reminds me of the old UI and how Bitbucket would only load a certain number of files in a large PR, except before you could manually load them as you needed to. Now they just incorrectly say "File contents unchanged."
