How to set notifications for only specific commits?

      Hey guys,

      So In github there is functionality which supports sending Notifications to team for specific commits.

      Do you guys also support that ?

      Like I want to notify my Lead to review the code for this particular pull/push .

      some thing like if i add git commit -m "Added new feature . @team1/TeamMemeber"
