Now that 12784 is resolved, users can receive:

• all failure notifications OR
• just failures triggered by that user (i.e., personal failure notifications)

I would like to be able to configure notifications at the same level of granularity that Bamboo provided. Bamboo allowed notifications to be configured by selecting one of the following three options (per environment):

• Deployment started and finished
• Deployment finished
• Deployment failed
