User setting to always ignore whitespace

Each time I review a Pull Request, I have to manually select Ignore Whitespace and wait for PR page to reload. It would be nice to have that selection automatically be remembered for next time. If there are times I don't want to ignore whitespace, I can simply untick it and it too is remembered globally, without having to go to a separate settings area.
