Limit size of files pushed to bitbucket

      I'm once again confronted with big files accidentally pushed to the repo,
      which has now gone from 100M -> almost 500M. I know how to do the BFG
      clean thing but it would be nice if we would have some way to limit the size of files that can be
      pushed.
