Markdown support for display of `readme.md` files does not support image sizing

    Description

      Inline display of images works when bitbucket parses a readme.md file in markdown format. However, support for explicitly setting the display size of an image is not present.

      For example:

      ![Some alt text](/private/image.png =250x)

      should include the file "/private/image.png", and set the width of the image to 250 pixels.
