• merging a branch
• deleting a branch
• pushing a tag

Details:

Currently (as far as I can tell) the only trigger for Pipelines is pushing or updating a branch. This is great for running tests, but not great if you need to deploy any artefacts that might need a cleanup.

In our use case, we push a set of test pages to an S3 bucket for peer and design review. When the branch is merged or deleted, we'd like to delete the deployed pages.

I'd also like to run different commands for tags vs branches; and I don't particularly want to rely on a naming scheme for that as it would be used for production deployments.
