We need to run nightly builds, separate from commits in Pipelines.

We do this because we want to run a versions update to pick up our latest releases of internal libraries to ensure that nothing is broken. Since the dependencies are typically in a different git repo, we need to run this nightly (or on some schedule) to go check the artifact repository (nexus) for new releases of those libraries.
