Branch management, case insensitive branch matching.

      Hi,

      In 'Branch management' I have configured to restrict pushes for all branches named "release".

      However a colleague created one that contains "Release" with an upper case letter in it.

      I have not seen that it is possible to have case insensitive matching.
      I do not want to create rules for all possible case combinations.

      Can we enable case insensitive matching (perhaps by default) on the branch names?
