As a Team Admin I want to manage permissions for the repositories in a project in an aggregated way

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, a team administrator has to manage permissions for every team repository separately, and this can be time consuming. There is no way to apply permissions for a group of repositories together that belong in the same project.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a way to manage permissions for the repositories in a project on a project-level.
