Users getting "Packet corrupted" from SSH sessions (BB-15701)

We're getting numerous reports that there are connections that are failing with "Packet corrupted" when trying to SSH to our servers. This is still under investigation by our network engineering team and one of our upstream providers (Level3) – For now, this ticket will be a placeholder for notifications on any updates we come across
