Feature Request: Manage group permissions for my team to create update and delete projects

    Description

      It'll be great if there's the ability for admin to manage group permissions for teams to create, update and delete projects. It would be very inconvenient if user had to create all of the projects for developers.

      A forth option on this screen to allow group members to create, update, and delete projects would be great:
