I'd like to be able to update and post new comments through the Bitbucket API, similar to what github provides: https://developer.github.com/v3/pulls/comments/#create-a-comment

Currently the documentation specifies a way to retrieve comments, but no update, delete or create functionality. That prevents the creation of any rich 3rd party integrations around pull requests.
