In order to keep track of our own work, we would like to be notified by actions that we started/created/pushed/triggered such as:

• Commits
• Forks
• Pulls
• Comments
• Issues
• Wiki changes

These notifications are currently sent to the other users that have access to the same content so, we believe that it is possible to include the "committer" of the changes on the notification list.
