In a Mercurial repository, I prevented the deletion of all bookmarks. I'm unable to then close a branch when merging a pull request, even though the "Prevent deletion of these bookmarks" feature on the Branch Management page states that "users can still close a branch". When I allow all bookmarks to be deleted, I can close branches on a pull requests again.
