It would be nice if there was a Bitbucket equivalent of GitHub Releases. The main benefit of this feature in GitHub is the ability to attach a set of files and release notes to a tag, and see the recent tags in order on a repository.

One way this could work could be an improved version of Bitbucket Downloads which shows the recent releases of a library or software package, with release notes and artifacts attached.
