Writing code it is appropriate to limit line length (e.g. 80 characters). However, when using git to track documents with a sentence on each line these are often longer than the screen width will allow and there is linking sense in breaking a sentence onto separate lines.

Could the option to line wrap be added for looking at raw files and also when looking at diffs?
