Can't approve commit, RequireJS load timeout (BB-13870)

      Hi,

      When I visit a huge commit on BitBucket I can't approve it because the Javascript breaks with this error in my Google Chrome Console:

      Uncaught Error: Load timeout for modules: underscore (line 5)
      http://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#timeout
