The merge button on branches does not work (BB-12806)

      The merge button on branches does not work. After I choose the branch I want to merge my branch into I click the "Merge" button on the far right but nothing happenes.

      This used to pop up a screen confirming the merge but now nothing pops up.

      I have tried both FireFox and IE but get the same result. Please advise.
